Meet the Noble Team

Aisleen holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Adult Nursing) and a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery Studies. She has had extensive experience working in maternity care (including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal) as well as surgical care (including pre and post operative care and acute care). Aisleen is a meticulous and highly professional nurse who works well autonomously and as per of a team. She is passionate about communicating effectively with her patients to ensure positive care outcomes.

Effat is an extensively qualified and experienced midwife. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Midwifery she has had expereince working as a Midwife in hospital setting, work as a researcher and has provided Midwifery Post Graduate training as a senior educator and lecturer. Effat's skills and knowledge developed over twenty years working as a midwife is an invaluable asset to the Noble Nurse team.  She is kind, caring adn passionate about delivering the best possible patient care driving positive outcomes.

Fiona has extensive experience working as both a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with both a Graduate Diploma in Nursing in Midwifery and a Diploma of Applied Science. She has thirty years of experience working as a nurse and midwife with specialised experience working  with Aged Care and Assessment, Wound Care, Inpatient Care (cardio), Pre and Post Surgical Care, Respiratory Disorders and as an Accredited Nurse Immunizer. Fiona is an invaluable and inspiring member of the Noble Nurse team.

Joanne brings an exceptional level of professionalism and compassionate care to her role as a midwife. She holds a Bachelor of Midwifery and has extensive experience in Postnatal Care. Joanne has an extensive skill set that is a valuable addition to the Noble Nurse team  in helping us strive for Nursing Inspiration.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Midwifery with experience working in Maternity Wards providing high quality Postnatal Care. Louise is warm, caring and dedicated to her work as a midwife having moved into the field following her desire to care for people and do some good in the world, she is an invaluable member of the Noble Nurse team.

With experience across a broad range of perinatal care Lucy has experience working in Antenatal care, Birthing Unit, Postnatal Care, Special Care Nursery and Home Midwifery. She holds a Bachelor of Midwifery and has experience in a number of hospital & home settings. Lucy brings a strong depth of knowledge and professionalism to our team.

Shaz is highly qualified holding a dual registration as both a Registered Nurse and a Registered Midwife. Having completed both her BSc in Adult Nursing and MBs in Midwifery she has over ten years of experience working in a wide range of clinical settings including hospitals, maternity facilities, community nursing and residential care. Shaz brings an exceptional level of knowledge and experience to the Noble Nurse team.

As a Registered Midwife Stacey has experience working across a wide scope of perinatal care. Holding a Bachelor of Midwifery, Stacey has experience in Ante and Postnatal care, Labor and Delivery, Well Baby Nursery and Special Care Nursery.

Stacey benefits the Noble Nurse team with her highly professional and compassionate approach to midwifery care, helping us in achieving our mission of Nursing Inspiration.

Ezzine is a highly qualified and experienced registered nurse with a broad range of knowledge and skills. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and has specific experience working in Community Nursing (including client assessment and care management), post surgical care (including wound care and drain management) and experience working in Aged Care working in residential care facilities. Ezzine is dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalised care to drive positive patient outcomes.

Fiona has extensive experience working as both a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with both a Graduate Diploma in Nursing in Midwifery and a Diploma of Applied Science. Katie has over 12 years of post graduate experience as a Registered Nurse following the completion of her Bachelor of Nursing. She has experience in a diverse range of clinical care specialisations including fertility care, cosmetic surgery, pre and post operative patient care and specialised public and private hospital care. She has experience acting as a liaison between doctors, patients and allied health professionals in addition to working In Charge shifts.

Laura has extensive and comprehensive experience working across a wide array of fields of nursing including general wards, orthopedic, surgical, phlebotomy, immunisations, and Aged Care (including facilities and Home Care). Laura regularly receives outstanding feedback from our clients, praising her professionalism, compassion and excellent caliber of nursing. Laura is an essential part of our mission for Nursing Inspiration.

Sarah has had extensive experience working across a variety of areas nursing practices including Hospital Care, Aged Care, Residential Care (as a Nurse Unit Coordinator), Infection Control and Maternity Care (High Risk). Sarah holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She is an enthusiastic nurse, keen to make a positive impact on those she cares for. She works well as part of a team and is efficient, adaptable and proactive.

Shaz is highly qualified holding a dual registration as both a Registered Nurse and a Registered Midwife. Ankita holds multiple qualifications in Aged Care and related fields including Aged & Disability Care, Medication Administration, Allied Health Assistant (Physiotherapy), Pathology and dementia.

Evan holds a Cert III in Individual Support. With a number of years working in Aged Care He is a self motivated Nursing Assistant who is caring, compassionate and has a strong commitment to providing high quality care.

Glaiza holds a Certificate IV in Ageing Support with experience working in aged care and disability support in facilities across Sydney. Glaiza in a compassionate, caring and professional team player.

With over a decade working in aged care Lina brings an invaluable level of knowledge and experience to the Noble Nurse team. She holds a Certificate III in Aged Care and has experience across all levels of care. 

With over 6 years of experience working in Residential Care facilities and hospitals, Melissa holds a Healthcare Assistant (Level 5) qualification. Melissa brings her experience and exemplary attitude to Noble Nurse.

Holding a BSc in General Nursing Michelle is currently working with Noble Nurse in an AIN capacity while she is awaiting conversion of her AHPRA registration. She has extensive experience working in Aged Care.

Nicole holds a Certificate III (Health Services Assistant). She has worked as a team leader in Aged Care and has excellent interpersonal skills with strong leadership qualities, as well as a high degree of dedication to her work.

Rajdeep holds a Certificate III in in Individual Support and is currently completing her Diploma of Nursing. She has experience extensive in Disability Support with excellent interpersonal skills & dedication to her work.

Sana holds a Certificate IV in Ageing Support and has extensive experience working in varied Aged Care Facilities across Sydney. Sana is friendly, warm and brings a positive and can do attitude to her work.

Sulekha has been working in the nursing industry for over 40 years working as both a Registered Nurse and a Registered Midwife. Her skills and aptitude in the profession have made her a highly desirable member of any nursing staff team. Sulekha is kind, caring, and compassionate and has an innate ability to recognise talented individuals. 

Her extensive experience in nursing and midwifery helps to set the standard for our team of Noble Nurses.

Her vision for pairing the highest quality of nurses with facilities forms the ethos upheld by the Noble Nurse team.

Prashant is a highly motivated leader with a keen eye for detail. He inspires his team to strive for consistent organisational development for the benefit of our clients and nurses.

Prashant possesses an unparalleled depth of knowledge and experience of the NSW Health system with his exceptionally high qualifications and ongoing education holding a MMed (Psychiatry), MBBS, BMedSc and BBus in addition to his years of experience working in Public Health. 

His  professionalism, knowledge and warmth leads the Noble Nurse team, embodying Nursing Inspiration.

With an extensive background in the Aged Care Sector working across administration, community engagement and quality assurance, Jess strives to develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders to provide the highest quality operational experience and organisational excellence.

Overseeing the administrative needs of Noble Nurse, Jess works with the team to ensure a positive end to end client and nursing staff experience through operational organisation and management.

Heather works closely with our nursing team and clients to best match experience with need providing outstanding consumer directed care employment satisfaction.

She acts as a mentor to our nursing staff seeing them through from their beginnings with Noble Nurse and supporting them throughout their careers.

Originally from the UK, Heather has a background in criminology and customer service and thrives on building a strong relationship with our clients and nurses.

Nicola is the first point of contact for our Clients and our Nursing Team outside of our normal office hours. Nicola is on hand to deal with any urgent request for our clients that may arise while also proactively maintaining communication and meeting clients needs. She also provides invaluable support to our Admin team to assist with client and staff relations, project and operational administration. 

Nicola's extensive background in administration is a great asset to our team.

 As our Client Liaison Officer, Alisha is our friendly and professional point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all aspects of care. 

With a strong background in administration and client services, Alisha brings several years of experience in supporting a variety  teams and delivering exceptional service. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction make her an invaluable part of the Noble Nurse team.
