Below are the forms and checks that we will need from you to onboard you with Noble Nurse. Having these prepared and ready to go will help us to streamline your onboarding process.
Please reach us at [email protected] if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Registered Nurse/Midwife/Enrolled Nurse
AHPRA Registration number. Recent hospital or aged care experience is required. Your post graduate experience should be a minimum one year full time (FTE) experience in an acute care environment. You must advise the Agency of any notations or restrictions associated with your Registration such as “solely qualified in the area of mental health nursing”.
Assistant in Nursing
Evidence of successful completion of first year of nursing degree and enrolment in second year of nursing degree, or: Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care) to work in hospitals, and Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing+) or IV in Ageing Support to work in Nursing Homes/Aged Care. You must also have prior paid experience working as an AIN.
In addition to your wages, an amount equivalent to 11% of your pre-tax wages (called Super Guarantee Contribution or SGC) is required to be paid by your employer into a superannuation fund of your choice. Most of our staff are with Care Super but there are many different funds to choose from. The choice is yours. If you want to join a fund, go to the website of your chosen fund and apply online – once you have your TFN. The Agency will need the name and USI of your fund and your membership number when you join the Agency.
