Effat is an extensively qualified and experienced midwife. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Midwifery she has had experience working as a Midwife in hospital setting, work as a researcher and has provided Midwifery Post Graduate training as a senior educator and lecturer. Effat’s skills and knowledge developed over twenty years working as a midwife is an invaluable asset to the Noble Nurse team. She is kind, caring and passionate about delivering the best possible patient care driving positive outcomes.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Midwifery with experience working in Maternity Wards providing high quality Postnatal Care. Louise is warm, caring and dedicated to her work as a midwife having moved into the field following her desire to care for people and do some good in the world, she is an invaluable member of the Noble Nurse team.

Shaz is highly qualified holding a dual registration as both a Registered Nurse and a Registered Midwife. Having completed both her BSc in Adult Nursing and MBs in Midwifery she has over ten years of experience working in a wide range of clinical settings including hospitals, maternity facilities, community nursing and residential care. Shaz brings an exceptional level of knowledge and experience to the Noble Nurse team.

As a Registered Midwife Stacey has experience working across a wide scope of perinatal care. Holding a Bachelor of Midwifery, Stacey has experience in Ante and Postnatal care, Labor and Delivery, Well Baby Nursery and Special Care Nursery. Stacey benefits the Noble Nurse team with her highly professional and compassionate approach to midwifery care, helping us in achieving our mission of Nursing Inspiration.

Amy is a Registered Midwife who has broad experience in both the UK and Australia. She has practiced in high-risk antenatal services, labour and birth, and postnatal care across diverse clinical environments. Amy supports the Noble Nurse team with her strong clinical capability, NIPE qualification, and calm, compassionate approach to women-centred care, contributing to our mission of Nursing Inspiration.

Julia has over two and a half years of experience working as a Registered Midwife across hospital and community settings. She provides comprehensive postnatal care for women and newborns, confidently managing both low- and high-risk needs while supporting all feeding methods. Julia enhances the Noble Nurse team through her strong clinical judgment, warm and supportive nature, and commitment to delivering safe, compassionate maternity care.

Sara is an experienced Registered Midwife with expertise across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and community care. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and has specific experience working in Community Nursing (including client assessment and care management), post surgical care (including wound care and drain management) and experience working in Aged Care working in residential care facilities. Fiona has extensive experience working as both a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with both a Graduate Diploma in Nursing in Midwifery and a Diploma of Applied Science. She has thirty years of experience working as a nurse and midwife with specialised experience working with Aged Care and Assessment, Wound Care, Inpatient Care (cardio), Pre and Post Surgical Care, Respiratory Disorders and as an Accredited Nurse Immunizer. Katie has over 12 years of post graduate experience as a Registered Nurse following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She holds extensive experience across acute care, aged care, community nursing and residential care settings, providing high quality, person-centred care. Laura has extensive and comprehensive experience working across a wide array of fields of nursing including acute care, aged care, community nursing and residential care.
