Noble Nurse AINS supported a Residential Aged Care Facility program for a client with high care needs following a brain injury. The AINS were professional, highly skilled and seamlessly interacted with the Facility and connected with family and the treating team. I would highly recommend Noble Nurse AINS and the client liaison officers who were attentive, kept us informed and were flexible and accommodating. An excellent service to work alongside.

I’m a fairly new AIN/EN working casually with Noble Nurse and I’ve felt really well supported as a younger nurse. Office staff communicate clearly about shifts and expectations, and I’ve felt comfortable contacting them when I need clarification or support on a client. I like that they often give me consistent bookings with the same client, which makes it easier to build rapport and provide safer care. There’s still the usual agency unpredictability at times, but I’ve found Noble Nurse to be professional, responsive, and respectful in how they treat their staff.
