Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced acute hospital framework, the casual Midwife is responsible for conducting precise clinical assessments, managing labor and postpartum progressions, and delivering specialized neonatal care. This role demands exceptional clinical judgment, strong emotional intelligence, and seamless interdisciplinary collaboration to support positive birthing outcomes and ensure safe, high-quality family transitions, all while maintaining total professional autonomy over their scheduling across Sydney healthcare facilities.
